Eligibility Criteria for IIM Bangalore BSc Program 

Admission to the IIM Bangalore B.Sc. (Hons.) program is open to talented students from both science and commerce backgrounds, provided they have a strong foundation in mathematics and analytical reasoning.

IIM Bangalore B.Sc. (Hons.) Admission Process

Admission to the IIM Bangalore B.Sc. (Hons.) Program will follow a transparent, merit-based, and multi-stage selection process designed to identify students with strong academic ability, quantitative reasoning, and communication skills. 

Step 1: Online Application

Candidates must fill the online application form on the IIM Bangalore UG admissions portal between 10 October and 20 November 2025. All required academic and personal details must be submitted.

Step 2: Entrance Exam (IIMB UG-AT)

Applicants must appear for the IIMB Undergraduate Admission Test (UG-AT), scheduled for 13 December 2025. The test evaluates aptitude, reasoning, mathematics, and English proficiency.

Step 3: Shortlisting for Interview

Based on UG-AT scores, IIMB will shortlist candidates for the Personal Interview (PI) round.

Step 4: Personal Interview (PI)

Conducted between 22–31 January 2026, this round assesses communication, analytical ability, confidence, and motivation to join IIM Bangalore.

Step 5: Final Selection

Final offers will be made based on a composite score – 60% weightage for UG-AT and 40% for PI.

Step 6: Offer & Acceptance

Admission offers will be released on 28 February 2026. Selected candidates must confirm acceptance by 31 March 2026.

Step 7: Waitlist & Commencement

Waitlist (if any) will be published on 15 April 2026, and the academic session begins in August 2026 at the Jigani campus.
