CMAT Exam Analysis 2027, Good Attempts & Cutoff
CMAT Exam Analysis 2027 will be provided shortly after the exam. NTA is expected to conduct the CMAT 2027 in the last week of January 2027. The exam will be held in a single shift in CBT (Computer-Based Test) mode. Here you will find the analysis of each section with a good attempt. According to the past 3 years' CMAT exam analysis, the exam’s overall difficulty level has been moderate. Last year, the overall question standard was moderate, with 70 to 75 attempts considered decent to score 300+ marks in CMAT.
If we go by section-wise analysis, General Awareness and Innovative and Entrepreneurship have been moderate, with 10 to 13 questions taken as a good attempt. The major focus areas in the CMAT question paper are Reading Comprehension, Arithmetic, Current Affairs, and the basics of business and entrepreneurship.

Section-wise Good Attempt in CMAT 2026
- The quantitative aptitude section was the easiest; therefore, a good attempt was 16-17 questions answered accurately.
- Students find the Logical Reasoning section doable. Students attempted 15 to 16 questions correctly.
- The Language Comprehension section was easy to moderate, with a good attempt being 14-16 questions.
- The difficulty level of Innovation and Entrepreneurship was moderate. Ideally, 10 to 12 questions were a good attempt.
- Many students find the General Awareness section difficult to attempt. Attempting 10 to 11 questions was a good attempt.

CMAT Exam Analysis 2024
CMAT 2024 was easy. The easiest section was Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation. Out of 20 questions, I was able to attempt 16-17 with good accuracy. A good attempt was attempting 70 to 75 questions.
