The CUET merit list 2026 will be published soon after the release of result by the NTA. The participating universities shall prepare the merit list considering the CUET score and their admission policy. Students can download the merit list from the official website in PDF format.
The merit list is prepared to shortlist students who have qualified the cut-off marks and are eligible for admission. After the merit list is out, the universities conduct counselling in online mode on the basis of the merit list.

The CUET merit list 2026 will be released by the participating universities individually shortly after the declaration of results. CUET Counselling Process 2026 After Merit List Release
CUET UG counselling process is expected to start by the first week of July 2026. The counselling will be held by the CUET participating colleges/universities in online mode. After the release of the result, participating universities and colleges prepare the merit list based on the CUET score. Candidates whose names appear on the merit list should register for the counselling on the official website of the university within the given date and time.

The CUET merit list is released by the CUET participating colleges on their respective official websites. The NTA does not publish the CUET merit list. You need to visit the college’s website to know about the merit list and counselling details.
You can check the CUET merit list from the official website of the university you have applied to during registration. The participating colleges will provide the merit list of the students who have qualified the cut-off marks of the respective subjects.
400 in CUET is considered an average score. To secure the top rank you need to score 750+ in the CUET exam.
The cut-off marks for CUET differ in all colleges and subjects. The cut-off marks are decided by the respective colleges based on various factors such as the total number of available seats, the difficulty level of the question papers, and the number of students who appeared for the test.
200+ marks out of 250 in CUET is considered a safe score. If you aim to get admission to colleges like DU, JNU, BHU, and BBAU, your CUET marks should be above 200 in your domain subject.
Delhi University (DU) merit list will be published after the CUET result is out. You can expect the merit list to be out by the last week of June 2026.
CUET raw score is the actual score obtained by students out of the total marks. In case any exam is held in multiple-shifts, the raw or the actual will be converted to NTA score.
