What Are the Total Marks for CUET 2026?
According to the NTA rules, the CUET total marks are 250. Each subject will be of 250 marks, and candidates will be marked based on the total marks determined by the NTA. The CUET question paper consists of 50 MCQs, and each question carries 5 marks. But 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
NTA has allowed students to choose up to 5 subjects from three sections- 13 Language subjects, 23 Domain Subjects and 1 General Aptitude Test. The following is the total mark if you choose 3 or more than that:
- The total marks for 3 subjects in CUET are 750.
- The total marks for 4 subjects in CUET are 1000.
- If students opt for 5 subjects, then the total would be 1250.
