• Visit the official CUET website: cuet.nta.nic.in
• On the homepage, click on the "CUET (UG) 2026 Provisional Answer Key" link.
• Click "Sign In" or "Candidate Login".
• Enter your Application Number and Password created during CUET UG 2026 registration.
• Fill in the Security Pin/Captcha displayed on the screen.
• Click "Submit" to access your dashboard.
• Select "View Answer Key".
• Download and save all the CUET answer key pdf.

CUET Response Sheet 2026 - How to Check Your Answers

The response sheet is an official record of your marked answers. You can check your answer using the provisional answer key provided by the NTA. Steps to check the answers are as follows:

• Visit the CUET website and log in to your portal.
• After you log in, download the CUET response sheet 2026.
• Now, award 5 marks for each correct answer.
• Deduct 1 mark for every wrong answer.
• In case you left any questions, mark zero there.

How to Calculate CUET Score Using Answer Key

Once the answer key is out, you can use it to check your answers and calculate your score. The CUET score can be calculated using the following steps:

• When checking, use the official NTA marking scheme.
• Provide 5 marks for each correct answer.
• Deduct 1 mark for each wrong response.
• If you leave any question unattempted, do not provide any mark.
• Now, calculate your CUET score using the following formula:

 (No. of Correct Answers*5) - (No. of Incorrect Answers*1)

Steps to Raise Objections for the CUET 2026 Answer Key

The CUET answer key can be challenged within 2-3 days. To object to any question, students can use the given steps:

• Visit the official CUET website at cuet.nta.nic.in.
• Now, click on the Challenge Provisional Answer Key link.
• Once you click on it, you can view the questions in order.
• Now, you can choose any question you want to object to and upload the supporting documents by clicking on the “Choose File” option.
• Now you can click the "Save Your Claim " button and pay the fee to object.
• You need to pay the amount online using the option provided there. Note that the fee, once paid, is non-refundable.

• CUET UG Result Declaration - The result is declared within 3–5 days of the final answer key. CUET result 2026 has been released on June 23, 2026.
• CUET Merit List - The merit list will be released by the participating universities for shortlisting students
• CUET Counselling Begins - After CUET UG results, each participating university conducts its own admission/counselling process:
• Delhi University: DU CSAS (Common Seat Allocation System) portal opens at admission.uod.ac.in
• BHU: Subject-wise merit list at bhuonline.in
