1. IIM Bangalore BBA DBE

Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore) offers a Bachelor of Business Administration in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship. The online program is designed for students interested in digital business models, entrepreneurship and business management.

IIM Bangalore BBA Admission Process

Stage 1: Check your eligibility

• You must have passed Class X from a recognised board with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
• You need at least 60% in Class XII if you are in the General, NC-OBC or EWS category, or 55% if you are in the SC, ST or PwD category (with a disability of 40% or more). 

Stage 2: Fill in the application form

• Submit the IIM Bangalore BBA application form at dbe.iimb.ac.in and upload a valid government photo ID and address proof, your Class X and XII certificates and marksheets, and your category certificates if you claim a reservation.

Stage 4: Pay the application fee

• The fee is ₹3,000 for General, NC-OBC and EWS candidates and ₹1,500 for SC, ST and PwD candidates. It is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Stage 5: Take the Entrance Exam

• You can take the IIMB DBE Entrance Test, or apply with a CUET (UG) General Test Section III score or a JEE Main score.
• The IIMB DBE Entrance Test is computer-based and held in person at test centres. It runs for 90 minutes and has 60 questions.
• The questions cover Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation, Logical Analytical Reasoning, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, and General Awareness. Only an on-screen calculator is available.
• In 2026, centres were planned in 23 cities. You choose your centre when you apply and cannot change it later.

Stage 7: Meet the cut-off

• In the IIMB test, you need at least 50% as a General candidate, 45% as an NC-OBC or EWS candidate, and 40% as an SC, ST or PwD candidate.
• With CUET, the minimum is the 70th percentile for General, the 65th for NC-OBC and EWS, and the 60th for SC, ST and PwD.
• With JEE Main, the minimum is the 50th percentile for General, the 45th for NC-OBC and EWS, and the 40th for SC, ST and PwD.

Stage 8: Final result

• IIMB sends all communication, including your result, to your registered email address, so check that the address in your application is correct.
• You can expect the result in the first or second week of August.

Stage 9: Accept the offer and pay the first-term fee

• Once you get shortlisted, finally get the documents verified and pay the fees to confirm your admission.

2. IIM Jammu BBA (Hons.) & eBBA

BBA Hons: IIM Jammu offers a four-year BBA (Hons.) program at its Leh campus in Ladakh. It is a full-time residential program for students seeking an on-campus undergraduate experience.

Stage 1: Check your eligibility

• You must have passed Class XII in 2024 or 2025, or be appearing for it in 2026, and you must have passed Class X in 2022 or later.
• You need at least 60% in both Class X and Class XII, or 55% if you belong to the SC, ST or PwD category.

Stage 2: Take an accepted entrance test

• IIM Jammu does not run its own test for this program. It accepts a score of JIPMAT, CUET (General Aptitude Test) or JEE Main.

Stage 4: Merit list preparation

• IIM Jammu ranks candidates on a composite score. The entrance exam carries 65 points, Class X marks 15, Class XII marks 15 and gender diversity 5.
• Class X and XII marks are converted into points by band. A score of 60 or below earns 0, 60.01 to 70 earns 5, 70.01 to 80 earns 7.5, 80.01 to 90 earns 10, 90.01 to 95 earns 12.5, and anything above 95 earns the full 15.
• Female and transgender candidates receive 5 points for gender diversity, and male candidates receive 0.
• If two candidates have the same composite score, the tie is broken first by the test score, then by Class XII marks, then by Class X marks. After that, the candidate who appeared more recently in Class XII or X ranks lower, and finally the younger candidate ranks lower.

This online eBBA program offers an alternative for students seeking flexibility instead of a conventional residential undergraduate experience.

IIM Jammu eBBA Admission Process

Stage 1: Check your eligibility

• You must have passed Class XII in 2024, 2025 or 2026, and you must have studied Mathematics as a compulsory subject in Class X.
• You need at least 60% in Class X and XII, or 55% if you belong to the SC, ST or PwD category.

Stage 2: Apply online

• You submit the application on the eBBA portal. The policy page does not state an application fee.

Stage 3: Appear for the accepted entrance exam

• You must have a valid score in any one of the following exams:
  • JIPMAT 
  • SAT 
  • JEE (Mains) 
  • CUET (GAT)
  • eBBA Admission Test to be conducted by IIM Jammu

It offers an online BBA course and is the only BBA course offered by an IIM that does not require an entrance examination for BBA admission.

• You can apply if you have completed Class XII or an equivalent in any stream from a recognised board, if you hold a NIOS qualification, or if you have any Diploma.
• If you are still appearing for Class XII, you can apply as long as you qualify before the admission cycle closes.
• Working professionals and graduates who want a second degree can also apply.

Stage 2: Register on the IIM Udaipur BBA admission portal

• IIM Udaipur BBA program application process starts in March, and applicants register and fill in the application form there.

Stage 3: Pay the application fee

• You pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹1,000 to complete your submission.

Stage 5: Document verification

• IIM Udaipur checks every submitted document. Only applications with successfully verified documents move forward.

Stage 6: Receive the offer
